If you've spent years feeling overwhelmed, unfocused, or like you're always falling behind — you deserve real answers. iNeuron Clinic offers expert ADHD assessments, precise diagnoses, and personalised support for adults and adolescents (16+) in Dublin.
This is not a diagnosis — it's a starting point. Select any that resonate with you.
Our multi-stage, evidence-based process captures both subjective and objective information for an accurate ADHD diagnosis. The full process typically takes 6–12 weeks.
Complete our online referral form with your medical history and current symptoms. Our team reviews it to confirm suitability. If appropriate, you'll be offered a Stage 1 appointment — otherwise we'll suggest the right resources.
A 60–90 minute Zoom session taking a comprehensive history — medical, mental health, family background, and daily challenges. You may also complete standardised psychometric rating scales to quantify your symptoms.
The FDA-cleared QbTest™ is taken online with a laptop and webcam. It objectively measures inattention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity in real-time — providing quantitative data that goes beyond questionnaires. Results analysed by our ADHD specialists.
For adolescents, this stage explores cognitive functions (working memory, processing speed) and occupational functioning (school performance, daily tasks) — contextualising QbTest results and identifying any co-occurring learning or sensory concerns.
A Zoom review integrating all findings — clinical history, rating scales, and QbTest™ data — to deliver a formal diagnosis (where criteria are met) and a personalised treatment plan covering medication, therapy, or lifestyle interventions. A Consultant Psychiatrist joins for complex cases.
If medication is recommended, we determine the best starting prescription. You'll have 3–6 brief phone reviews to fine-tune dosage and monitor response. Prior to each review: blood pressure, heart rate, weight, height, and BMI required. All prescriptions sent directly to your pharmacy via secure Healthmail.
Your treatment plan is tailored to your specific symptoms, challenges, and goals. After medication stabilisation, ongoing support is available through periodic reviews or additional therapeutic services.
Multi-stage diagnostic pathway for adults 18+ and adolescents 16+, combining clinical interview, QbTest™, and psychiatrist consultation to deliver a thorough, accurate diagnosis.
Safe, expert prescribing of stimulant and non-stimulant medications, with regular monitored check-ins and psychopharmacology expertise to find your optimal plan.
ADHD-focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to build practical skills for attention, emotional regulation, planning, and everyday functioning.
Practical frameworks for time management, focus, organisation, and follow-through. Tools and strategies specifically designed to work with your ADHD brain.
Mindfulness-based techniques to help regulate emotions, build self-awareness, and reduce the overwhelm that often accompanies adult ADHD.
Comprehensive, accepted documentation for employers, universities, disability services, and GPs to ensure you receive the accommodations you deserve.
Our multidisciplinary team combines psychiatry, clinical medicine, and patient care expertise — all dedicated to supporting adults with ADHD.
We believe ADHD is not a deficit — it's a different way of thinking that deserves expert support, not stigma. Here's what sets us apart.
Many adults and teenagers spent years being told they were lazy or careless. The right diagnosis changes everything — it's not a label, it's an explanation.
Creativity, hyperfocus, passion, innovation — these are hallmarks of the ADHD brain. We help you harness them alongside managing challenges.
HSE adult ADHD waiting lists can stretch years. Private assessment at iNeuron means you get clarity and support now, not later.
Our diagnostic reports are comprehensive and accepted by educational institutions, employers, and health services for accommodations.
QbCheck is an FDA-cleared, CE-marked computerised ADHD test that objectively measures the three core signs of ADHD: inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity.
During the 15–20 minute test, symbols appear on your screen and you press the spacebar when a specific symbol appears. A webcam uses facial recognition technology to track your movements throughout. Your results are then compared against individuals of the same age and gender — both with and without ADHD — giving your clinician objective, quantitative data to support their diagnosis.
Unlike questionnaires or interviews alone, QbCheck provides measurable, objective evidence of ADHD symptoms. It cannot be "gamed" or influenced by how you're feeling on the day. It's the same technology cleared by the FDA in the United States and the EMA in Europe — used by leading ADHD specialists worldwide.
There is no "pass" or "fail" in this test. It does not depend on language, reading, or mathematical skills. It simply measures your attention, impulse control, and activity level — providing your clinician with a clear, unbiased picture of your presentation.
Real experiences from real people who took the first step.
"I recently completed an ADHD assessment with Dr. Ali, and it was a genuinely positive experience from start to finish. He took the time to really listen to me and made me feel heard and understood. His calm and friendly approach helped me feel comfortable throughout the session. What stood out to me most was how clearly he explained everything. There was no pressure or judgment — just a clear, thoughtful breakdown of what was going on and how it could be managed. For the first time, I felt like someone truly got what I've been experiencing."
"Found this service excellent from the first contact. Easy to deal with and great aftercare too. I would highly recommend them."
"The assessment process was thorough, professional and compassionate. I finally have answers after years of struggling. The team at iNeuron made me feel completely at ease. Highly recommend to anyone who suspects they may have ADHD."
